Dear Better Off Ted Fans (and Dollhouse fans too, I guess)
Yes, it sucks that Better Off Ted is likely getting canceled. Yes, American TV viewers are fucking stupid for not watching it. But let's be honest - ABC promoted the show a bunch before its premiere last year (did they promote it well? Hard to say. I had trouble getting interested in it until I sat down and actually watched it and caught up on the episodes I missed later), and people just plain did not watch it - the ratings were abysmal for season 1. That the show somehow managed to get renewed was a miracle, and we shouldn't be angry about the fact that ABC gave us a second season of this hilarious little show, at all. We got a second season we shouldn't have, and it was awesome. Enjoy what we had, not what we're going to miss. And then go watch Parks and Recreation on NBC. It needs all the support it can get.
